Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase/order placement, regardless of the ship date.
Q: Is state sales tax added to my order?
A: Currently, all orders placed by residents of Oklahoma will pay the Oklahoma state tax of 8.375%. Orders placed by residents outside Oklahoma are not subject to this tax.
Q: Who will deliver my package?
A: We ship all packages via FedEx® Ground and FedEx® Home Delivery.
Q: Can I ship anywhere in the world?
A: At this time, we ship only within the United States.
Q: How will my package be packed?
A: Each package's contents are frozen to insure freshness. Products are packed in a reusable polystyrene container with dry ice, and then packed in a master shipping container.
Q: How long does it take for my package to arrive?
A: Please see Package Arrival-Transit Times chart. We ship out Monday through Wednesday to ensure delivery of all packages no later than Saturday. All shipments will typically arrive 1-3 days after shipment. During November, December and other peak periods, we may find it necessary to adjust our shipment windows. If so, this will be posted accordingly on our Shipping & Zone Charts.
Q: How do I track the shipment of my package?
A: You will receive a Federal Express® tracking number once your package has been shipped. Once you have the tracking number, log onto www.federalexpress.com and enter your tracking number in the box that says “ Track a Shipment.” From here you will see all of the information related to your package.
Q: Can I ship a package to a P.O. Box or to a military base or post?
A: No, shipments can be made to physical street addresses only. Additionally, we cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses.
Q: Is it really necessary for me to provide you with a recipient phone number?
A: Yes. Federal Express® asks that we provide a phone number for every package we ship. In the event that Federal Express® has trouble with the address, a phone number can greatly assist Federal Express® in getting your package to its destination quickly.
Q: If there is a problem with my shipment, what do I do?
A: Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please refer to the order number on your packing slip. This will allow us to find your order promptly.
Q: Do I pay an additional fee to have a package shipped?
A: Yes. Shipping charges range from $21.00 per package (item) to $90.00 per package (item). Please refer to the Shipping Charge – Zone Chart for exact charges.
